 As you will know, Part 4 of the Government’s Roadmap was implemented on 19th July. However, we recognise this is still a very delicate time and please be reassured that we continue to do everything we can to ensure your visit is as safe as possible. Therefore, in accordance with guidance from our professional bodies and our ongoing risk assessments, our robust policies and procedures will remain unchanged at this time. However, these are under constant review and may be changed at short notice. Thank you for your continued patience and understanding – your health and that of our staff remains our primary focus.

** Please be advised that the wearing of a face covering is mandatory in our clinic for all staff and patients. The covering should be in place before you enter the clinic, remain in place ensuring it covers your mouth and nose at all times, and only removed after you leave the building. **

To help protect staff and patients, if you are unwell with any illness (including symptoms of a common cold), please cancel your appointment and only re-book your appointment when you are 48 hours clear of all your symptoms. Thank you for your understanding with this.

In line with guidance from our professional bodies, all patients will be risk assessed before being offered an appointment. We are not allowed to see any patients who have not been risk assessed. All appointments will be arranged remotely by telephone so please do NOT attend the clinic without an appointment. If you would like to book an appointment, please call us on 01422 252625 and we will be happy to help you. Please allow a few minutes of your time so that we can do your risk assessment at the time of booking.

Safety remains paramount, so please understand that we continue to work under very strict guidelines to minimise risk of contact with the virus as far as possible – for you and us. As such, we kindly ask that you read our patient guidelines below (PDF format) so that you know what we ask of you when you attend an appointment here.
